Eva Munro Barnes
Born and raised in rural Nova Scotia into an entrepreneurial family, Eva learned early that building something meaningful takes grit, creativity, and an almost unreasonable amount of optimism.
She kicked off her career in hospitality, working as a chef and managing chalets and lodges, before building a career spanning management consulting at firms including Accenture and Ernst & Young, organizational development and HR advisory work, and senior executive roles in people, culture, and strategy. Along the way she started businesses, navigated the hard lessons that come with building something from nothing, and started again. That cycle of ambition, setback, and resilience is not a footnote in her story. It is the backbone of it.
She has also partnered with organizations through M&A activity, supporting leadership teams through pre transaction readiness and post transaction integration.
Today, Eva partners with CEOs and Senior Leaders using the Metronomics Growth System. Having used it herself as a CEO, she knows the clarity and momentum it can unlock. Her depth in people, culture, and organizational development means she understands that the human system is always at the centre of the business system.
Based in Nova Scotia, Canada, she works with clients across Canada and globally.
